Terms & Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the "Toutes mes histoires" service (the "Service"), which lets you generate, from a photo and a first name, a personalized illustrated book, narrated video and audio story featuring a child. By using the Service, you accept these Terms of Use without reservation.

The Service is intended for adults holding parental authority or an explicit authorization from the holder(s) of parental authority over the child concerned. By uploading a photo and, where applicable, a voice sample, you warrant that you hold such authority or authorization. The processing of a minor’s image and voice is only carried out after obtaining your explicit consent, gathered at the time of creation.

The child’s photo and voice sample are processed in a strictly ephemeral manner: they are used solely to generate the avatar and narration, are never stored durably and are automatically deleted once generation is complete. The details of this processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Some features require creating an account. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. Payment for the plans is made at the time of order; the rates in force are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

The books, videos and audio stories generated belong to you and are intended for personal and family use. The Service grants you a right to use and privately share these creations. Any resale or commercial exploitation of the generated content is prohibited without prior written agreement.

You undertake not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload only content to which you hold the rights, and not to infringe the rights of third parties (in particular image and privacy rights). Any misuse may result in the suspension of the account.

The Service is provided "as is". As the content is generated by artificial intelligence, we do not guarantee the absence of imperfections. We cannot be held liable for the uses you make of the creations or for the content you upload.

The Service and associated data are hosted within the European Union, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the competent courts will be those of the applicable jurisdiction under the regulations in force.
