✨ Every creation is unique
Your book, your t-shirt, your canvas… are made just for your child, to order. Since we can’t resell them to anyone else, there’s no "I changed my mind" return — which is exactly what the law provides for personalized products. But that doesn’t mean you’re on your own if a problem comes up. 👇
🎨 Your real guarantee: the free preview
Before paying anything, you see your creation and can adjust it as much as you like. Zero unpleasant surprises: you only pay if it makes you melt.
🛟 A defect, an error, a lost parcel?
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error on our part, or if it gets lost along the way, we’ll reprint it or refund you — free of charge. That’s our guarantee.
📩 A problem? Here’s what to do
- 1. Write to us within 14 days of receipt.
- 2. Attach a photo of the problem + your order number.
- 3. We’ll sort it out quickly (reprint or refund).
