Privacy Policy

"Toutes mes histoires" creates personalized books, videos and audio stories for children. Because these creations rely on the image and sometimes the voice of a minor, protecting this data is at the heart of our design. This policy transparently explains what we process, how, and for how long.

Your child’s photo and, where applicable, voice sample are sensitive data that we handle with particular care:

• ✦Never stored durably. They are not kept in our databases after generation.
• ✦Single use. They are used exclusively to generate the stylized avatar and the narration, then are no longer used.
• ✦Automatic deletion. They are erased immediately once the creation is complete. Neither the original photo nor the original voice survives the process.
• ✦No model training. Your child’s data is never used to train AI models.

The processing of a minor’s image and voice is only carried out after obtaining your explicit consent, given at the time of creation via a dedicated checkbox. You warrant that you hold parental authority or the authorization of the holders of that authority. You may withdraw your consent at any time; as the processing is ephemeral, there is no residual data to delete once the creation is complete.

We only keep the data necessary to provide the service and manage your account:

• ✦Account information (email) and order information (billing).
• ✦The final creations (book, video, audio) you have generated, so that you can find them in your library. These are stylized works, not the original photo or voice.
• ✦The first name and age entered, incorporated into the story.

The entire Service and associated data are hosted within the European Union and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not transfer your data outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, objection, restriction, portability and erasure of your data. You may exercise your right to erasure at any time: simply make the request, and we will delete your account and the associated creations as soon as possible.

The child’s photo and voice are deleted as soon as generation is complete. The final creations and account data are kept as long as your account is active, then deleted on request or after a period of prolonged inactivity.

We implement technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, data minimization) to protect the information we process.
